The Prize

  1. Two free nights accommodation in Fourteen Tumbleweed located in Cathkin Estates, Central Drakensberg for a maximum of 8 guests. Applicable for use in Off Season only. Euphoric Leisure will contact the winner directly to make a booking. This is for self-accommodation only.

  2. Scootours® Drakensberg adventure for 2 riders. Duration: 1h15-1h45. Restrictions: 120kg max, you must be able to ride a bicycle. Booking in advance is essential.

  3. A full body massage at Spoilt Green Eco-Spa located at Drak Sun. Applicable for 1 person. Booking in advance is essential.

How Will the Winner be Selected?

A winner will be picked at random on the competition winner announcement day. The winner will be announced on the @ilovechampagnevalley Instagram and Facebook account. The winner will also be contacted through a direct message on Instagram or Facebook.

Eligibility

Entrant eligibility will be determined based on the following:

  1. Do not submit any content that violates Instagram’s or Facebook’s terms of service;

  2. Adherence to all competition instructions and all the rules;

  3. Entries should not contain offensive, inappropriate, or defamatory content.

Entry Period

The competition begins on 24 December 2025 at 12:00 AM SAST and ends on 29 January 2025 at 11:59 PM SAST.

Terms and Conditions

  • As it pertains to the Scootours® voucher and Spoilt Green Eco-Spa voucher:

    • The use dates for these vouchers expire on 1 August 2025 and the winner must therefore redeem them before this date. Should the vouchers not be redeemed within these stay dates, they will expire permanently.
    • Booking in advance is essential. Scootours® Drakensberg and Spoilt Green Eco-Spa cannot be held responsible if the winner cannot book based on non-availability at the time of booking.
    • These vouchers are not transferable into cash or for another product/service.  

  • As it pertains to the accommodation provided by Euphoric Leisure:

    • The winner will receive a free 2-night stay in Fourteen Tumbleweed. This is a 4-bedroom self-catering holiday home in Cathkin Estates in the Central Drakensberg.

    • The stay dates for this prize expire on 1 August 2025 and the winner must therefore book and stay in the accommodation before this date. Should the prize not be redeemed within these stay dates, it will expire permanently. 

    • The bookable dates do not carry more than a 2-night stay minimum and exclude all peak periods and long weekends which include but are not limited to: 21-24 March 2025; 18-22 April 2025; 25 April – 4 May 2025; 13-16 June 2025 and 18-21 July 2025. 

    • The prize is not transferable into cash, a voucher or for a stay in another property. 

    • The prize can only be redeemed by the winner and the winner must form part of the guest list.  

    • If it is felt to be necessary for whatever reason, Euphoric Leisure, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to move the winner and his/her accompanying guests into a similar property.   

    • The winner will need to complete damage protection for their stay by choosing between a refundable security deposit hold or a non-refundable damage waiver to be processed successfully 1 day prior to check-in in order to gain access to the property. 

    • The winner agrees to follow all booking and rental rules before, during and after their stay and abide by any other rules communicated. 

    • Euphoric Leisure’s cancellation policy will govern any cancellation request from the winner.

General Conditions

  1. I Love Champagne Valley and it’s competition partners (Euphoric Leisure, Scootours® Drakensberg and Spoilt Green Eco-Spa) reserve the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these rules or for any other valid reason.

  2. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

  3. By entering, participants agree to release Instagram and Facebook from any liability.

  4. I Love Champagne Valley and it’s competition partners reserve the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time.

Indemnity Clause

By participating in this competition and redeeming any prizes, the winner and accompanying guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Love Champagne Valley, Euphoric Leisure, Scootours® Drakensberg, Spoilt Green Eco-Spa, their affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to:

  1. Participation in the competition or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prizes;
  2. Any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses sustained during travel, stay, or while engaging in any prize-related activities;
  3. Non-compliance with any terms and conditions, rules, or guidelines outlined herein.

This indemnity extends to cover reasonable attorney’s fees, costs, or expenses that may result from such claims. The winner acknowledges and agrees that participation in activities and use of the prizes are undertaken at their own risk.
